Lawrence Ball, founder of the Planet Tree Music Festival, invites you to hear spontaneous piano improvisations (such as he's performed over 3 decades) and compositions performed by some of his longterm collaborators. Ball's music is largely tonal, and is an unusual fusion of cerebral, sensitive and gutsy. The concert will feature a new work for cor anglais,violin, viola and cello.
